What each issue requires
No WWCC recorded
Members who already hold a clearance should submit it. NSW volunteers without one must apply, complete identity checks and provide their APP number to their Commanding Officer.
Expired WWCC
NSW members must renew through Service NSW, then notify Administration of the new expiry date. Interstate members should renew through their relevant state or territory agency.
Other WWCC issues
Pending records require the member’s name, date of birth, clearance number and expiry date to be checked and resubmitted. Contact Administration if the supplied information is correct.
